My Story

National Code Plans is owned by David Stauth, I am a licensed architect who has worked on all kinds of projects all over the country. After 12 years in the private sector, I have taken a job as an architect for the state, but I still have a strong desire to stay connected and help the community.

National Code Plans is a one-man architectural firm that focuses on producing Code Plans as required to have on file with the City and State Fire Marshal's offices. I am located in Kansas, but I am licensed in multiple states with a network of qualified representatives who can measure buildings all over the country.

I specialize in code plans for Assisted Living Homes, Group Homes, Daycare, Churches, Health Care facilities and more. National Code Plans values every project no matter the size.

I love being involved in the community, and helping businesses with budget-friendly code plans is one way I have found that I can serve people. So while I have a day job, I like to spend my free time helping my clients to navigate the lengthy and often confusing process of getting a building through design, permitting, and licensure.
